Our Services
Specialized ICWP Case Management

At M & S Managed Care, Inc., case management isn't one of many services we provide—it's our focus.
We provide case management for individuals participating in Georgia's Independent Care Waiver Program (ICWP).
Our approach is person-centered, meaning the individual's needs, preferences, choices, and goals remain at the heart of the services we coordinate.
Our goal is to make navigating ICWP easier while helping individuals maintain greater independence in their homes and communities.
Personalized Case Management
Support built around the individual.
Every person's situation is different. Our case managers work with individuals to understand their needs, goals, preferences, and available supports.
We help individuals navigate their ICWP services while keeping their choices and personal goals at the center of the process.

Advocacy & Individual Choice
Your voice matters.
We believe individuals should be active participants in decisions that affect their lives.
Our case managers help individuals better understand their services and options, communicate their needs, and remain involved in decisions regarding their care and support.
We promote choice, dignity, self-direction, and independence throughout the case management process.
What Is ICWP?
The Independent Care Waiver Program (ICWP) is a Georgia Medicaid waiver program designed to support eligible individuals with significant physical disabilities or traumatic brain injuries who meet applicable program requirements.
The program can provide eligible participants with access to home and community-based services as an alternative to receiving certain services in an institutional setting.
M & S Managed Care does not determine eligibility for ICWP. Our role is to provide case management services to individuals participating in the program and help them navigate their approved services and supports.
